C7800 cable works no internet on WiFi
Problem happen many time this month and started few month ago. My wifi works for few devices. Some devices like iphone 12, ipad and laptop lost connection, dont seem to have ipv4 address asigned. ...

A reset will work but not permanent fix.
I hate to do a reset every month. I want to see if others are having the same issues and if there is real fix.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

I am set to channel 1 and 149
neighbors are on different channel.

I also have netgear genie App on my phone, its connected to the wifi but seems to not able to connect to the c7800 to manage it.

Either use the Nighthawk app or log into the modems web page with a PC or laptop and web browser at 192.168.100.1 or 192.168.0.1.
