Thanks for the quick reply. I can't read the values as being good or bad, so I appreciate your help. My skillset is elseware. The techs always seem to check the line the outside of the house and says it's good. So maybe it would be the house wiring.... I had an appointment to get that changed, but with this virus crap they canceled that saying they can't enter the residence. Maybe I can get the guy to leave me some line so I can run one myself.

directly connect the modem where it enters the home. On reboot the values should refresh so you can watch for an increase in errors in your line. If you don't get any, then its the wiring in the home. If you do, its external.
That'd be what I'd do.
