c7800 drops zoom calls
Hello! Hoping someone knows the answer to this - we recently upgraded our modem to the c7800 - it's great for xbox games but when I do a zoom call almost without fail I get dropped. Any ideas?? ...

Try asking in the right section for your device. The c7800 is not one of Neatgear's Mobile Routers, Hotspots & Modems.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
