Wifi works perfectly in both 2.4GHz and 5GHz band.
The LEDs on the router usually blink when there is a tranmission of data. The ones on wifi is working, but there is no LED light on the LAN ports. It used to have before that to show that LAN is working and connected

Do any of the ports work?
Have you tried a different device and cables?
I know you said cables but its worth a shot.Have you tried a factory reset?
- estravadaJul 01, 2020AspirantI tried connecting to all the 4ports, but nothing works. Tried with laptop which is always on Wifi, but still not working. I will try factory reset later tonight. That is the one thing left to be done.
By doing factory reset, will I will be able to connect back to Xfinity by just plugging in the cable? I am not able to recall if the installer made any settings during the installation- plemansJul 01, 2020Guru - Experienced User
it should work like that. I've reset mine (on xfinity) numerous times without issues.
