do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs?
those help us check the line.
If you have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators in line, i'd recommend removing them. Check the link for kinks, damage, loose/old/bad/cheap/corroded connections.

I have removed the spiltter and the line is not chipped anywhere.

those are the router logs.
There are modem logs. Called event logs.
Also, a screen snip of the cable connections page. The cable connections page shows upstream/downstream data

Your power levels are very high.
Optimal is -7.5dbmv to 7dbmv. functional (not optimal) is around -13dbmv to 13dbmv.
you're hitting in the 15's. and you have errors in the line and logs.
I usually tell people to remove a splitter/attenuator but in your case an attenuator or a 3-4x splitter might help your signal. Just make sure you get a quality one.
