C7800 No work in Eurodocsis area

I got to use the C7800 model in Turkey. I can't use it now. When I called the Internet service, I was asked if they supported Eurodocsis. Can I use this product in Turkey? Is the problem getting the ...

You will just have to ask your ISP if that modem is on there supported list of modems.

    If change US Freq Range 5-42 MHz to 5-85 MHz, this modem will be work. Its posslible change us freq range?
