C7800 is not a circle supported devices.
There are only specific models which are circle support. Please use only those devices if you need circle.

I had already identified that in the initial post. I also already addressed several follow up questions:
Why is it implemented in the firmware if it's not even supported? What are my options for parental control if the parental controls are rendered useless?However, your answer as an employee, gives me reason to believe the developers of this router are simply incompetent, much like nature of your "answer."

Tgere no need to be rude.
Your best option would be to factory reset the C7800 and setup from scratch. Besure to not enable any Circle functions on the modem. I have this came modem and have never encountered this issue. The C7800 performed with no problems for me. I don't use Circle or Armor.
If this modem doesn't seem to meet your needs, then maybe you should find something that does.
