C7800 Parental Controls do not work as intended

Steps taken: 1. log into routerlogin.net (IP: 192.168.1.1) and go to parental controls. 2. Download the Circle app on Samsung S8+ and iPhone 11 and ensure the phone is connected to the WiFi network...

Tgere no need to be rude.

Your best option would be to factory reset the C7800 and setup from scratch. Besure to not enable any Circle functions on the modem. I have this came modem and have never encountered this issue. The C7800 performed with no problems for me. I don't use Circle or Armor.

If this modem doesn't seem to meet your needs, then maybe you should find something that does.
