C7800 Unresponsive - All Lights On
Purchased March 2021. Worked fine until last night. Doesn’t show up on available Wi-Fi networks and internet company says it isn’t connected. Biggest difference I can see is the bottom 6 buttons are a...
I tried to factory reset and it is not responsive. Lights stay on. Tried connecting hard wire and could not access via IP Address or website.
Try a reset with out the ISP cable connected.
Try a 30-30-30 reset as last resort.
Maybe a hard failure of the modem...
