Have you disconnected the coax cable from the modem and from the power wall outlet?

I am having this exact same problem!
I tried disconnecting power and coax, still nothing. Did the radios die?- ChefERRiotJul 01, 2021Guide
My guess is yes. NETGEAR blames my ISP, ISP blames NETGEAR... I'm out $300+ and NO ONE will help. I'm not paying for Tech Support on something I bought 15 months ago. My ISP was at my house within a day and I'm now BACK to renting a router/modem.
I was trying to save money, in the long run I spent double (rental is $10 per month x 15 months = $150, cost of NETGEAR device that failed in the same 15 months=$300+)
What the hell NETGEAR, I used to trust your company implicently. Turns out this model is riddeled with KNOWN problems and NETGEAR just keeps taking peoples money and blaming ISPs.
NEVER buying a NETGEAR product again and I will be sure to make sure EVERYONE I know and am related to wont support this company.

YES
I have done all forms of power cycling, restoring factory settings, etc.
The WiFi simply does not work any more, when testing the line I have a perfectly fine connection and can get internet via ethernet.

Looks like we're in the same boat.
I bought mine september 2019, wifi just quit last night.
Netgear wants $50 for support now after I paid $300+ for their equipment not two years ago? that's ludicrous.
by chance, have you switch ISPs lately? Are you on Cox by any chance?
