Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

After the update failed my modem got stuck(?) and now it doesnt work. The power is fine, the internet connection is fine, but only the red power light shows. Every once and a while all the lights blink and then it goes back to just the red light. I have restarted the modem so many times, I did a factory reset, I unplugged it for a day and then plugged it back in. Nothing. Someone PLEASE help me, I am a college student I need my internet back!! I cant keep doing my classes / homework at the library!!!
