Cable Modem CM400 Won't Connect to Apple Time Capsule
My internet suddenly stopped working. My netgear cable modem now will not connect to my Apple Airport Time Capsule. When I wire the ethernet cable to my computer or my xbox, I can connect to the wifi. But when I wire it to the time capsule, the wifi is not available. My set up has worked for several months before. I have tried resetting both the router and modem several times. Any suggests are appreciated!

The cm400 is a modem only. It doesn't have wifi. It only has an ethernet port. And if directly connecting devices to that ethernet allows them to run, the modem is working fine.
time to look at the time capsule.
Make sure when you're connecting modem----->router that you follow this.
power them both off and disconnect devices from the both.
power on modem. give it a few minutes.
connect it to the wan port of the router.
power up the router. give it a couple minutes.
does the router work?
