your signals on your line is completely out of whack.
in Downstream you have thosands on uncorrectables. No wonder you are losing packets
in upstream you have 2 channels which are maxing out upstream power at 51dBmV. you will see some internet disconnections if the power goes beyond this.
there is no question that your line quality is bad. I would be surprised if the cox tech says line is good and modem is bad.
to get a 3rd party opinion, you can post your signal stats on DSLreports.com forum and post.

- SelestJun 05, 2018AspirantSo you definitely don’t think it’s the modem? I was get furious with the support, since I just bought a brand new one. And to be clear the Cox SUPPORT said it was a problem with my modem each time. The technician literally ran a new wire from the pole to our house hoping it would fix it. Do you think it has to do with the outside lines in the area?
Also what do you think I should tell the technician? I’m having the THIRD technician come to our house tomorrow to figure things out.
