your signals on your line is completely out of whack.
in Downstream you have thosands on uncorrectables. No wonder you are losing packets
in upstream you have 2 channels which are maxing out upstream power at 51dBmV. you will see some internet disconnections if the power goes beyond this.
there is no question that your line quality is bad. I would be surprised if the cox tech says line is good and modem is bad.
to get a 3rd party opinion, you can post your signal stats on DSLreports.com forum and post.

generally comcast forum has better response rates.

So you definitely don’t think it’s the modem? I was get furious with the support, since I just bought a brand new one. And to be clear the Cox SUPPORT said it was a problem with my modem each time. The technician literally ran a new wire from the pole to our house hoping it would fix it. Do you think it has to do with the outside lines in the area?
Also what do you think I should tell the technician? I’m having the THIRD technician come to our house tomorrow to figure things out.

as long as you have good Coax cables and you have connected/tightened it properly, it should not be modem issue.
as I mentioned, you can try posting your logs on other forums where many other folks will comment and provide their opinion.
If it really a modem problem, you can ask them to put their 32x8 modem (not 8x4 or 16x4) and prove it to you that there are 0 uncorrectables and US power is not hitting 51dBmV. Dont just put the cox modem for 5 mins to prove. Run heavy traffic on the modem (including multiple speedtests, netflix, and large file downloads to prove it). Sometimes they just connect for 5 mins and tell you "see, no error, it is your modem problem". the uncorrectables increase when there is lot of traffic.
you want to show US power is very high to technician
You want to show very high number of uncorrectables to technician.
