Do you have a screen snip of your cable connections page and your logs? thats key to checking the signal.
Take a snip of those and post it back here.

You have a lot of errors in your line.
If you have any splitters, amplifers, attenuators in line, remove them. prefereably move the modem to right where the coax enters the home. check the cable for kinks, damage, corrosion, bad/cheap connectors, etc.
If that doesn't help, the isp needs to check the line.

Actually, my room mate connected another coax cable and move the router from my room to his room. I am attaching the cable in that OUT -7db my room mate connected the coax cable and move the router to his room. Initially RCN (ISP) router connected with this (OUT -3.5db).
Now, we connected our own Netgear router with this OUT -7db. So shall i go ahead and exchange or remove the one which is not connected to router?
