You have a lot of errors in your line.
If you have any splitters, amplifers, attenuators in line, remove them. prefereably move the modem to right where the coax enters the home. check the cable for kinks, damage, corrosion, bad/cheap connectors, etc.
If that doesn't help, the isp needs to check the line.

Guru,
Actually, my room mate connected another coax cable and move the router from my room to his room. I am attaching the cable in that OUT -7db my room mate connected the coax cable and move the router to his room. Initially RCN (ISP) router connected with this (OUT -3.5db).
Now, we connected our own Netgear router with this OUT -7db. So shall i go ahead and exchange or remove the one which is not connected to router?

Could you please help me understand in simple words - "You have lot of erros in your line" (How and where did you find this in the screenshot attached).

the errors are your correctables/uncorrectables from your first picture of the cable connection page.
try removing the splitter entirely and connect the modem right at that junction. then use the modem for a bit (couple hours) and redo that screen snip of the cable connections page.
