There is two Phone jacks in the back. Wheather or not there are for separate phone line numbers or same, NG support would be able to answer that:

Also this would connect to your home phone networking so you would have a place where all your phone connect too, then this would connect to that central location.
I would also ask your ISP if this modem model is supported on there system. This modem is for cable ISPs with phone support thru the modem.

This model is recommended by my cable company (Comcast) so OK there. I have 250MBPS so OK there. Specs sheet says second phone jack is for a second phone line so I can't use it.

So then you would connect the phone interconnecting panel to the one active phone jack on the CM modem.
