Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Xbox One Issue
Hello,
I just purchased a C3700-100NAs or N600 Cable Modem Router. I also just switched service to Comcast and never used this router until my service started with them. I am having an odd problem and have tried almost everything I can think of. My issue is when I am wired, I cannot log into Call of Duty Black Ops 3 online. When I am wireless I am able to but cannot get my NAT Type to anything above moderate and I am getting lag. My wirless speed down is about 55 mbps and 12 mbps up in wirless mode and in wired mode it is 150 mbps down and 12 up. I have already tried forwarding the neccessary ports for the Xbox One and Call of Duty Balck Ops 3 and it did not change anything. I have also tried disabling the UPnP, giving the console a static IP, adding the console to the DMZ. I just do not understand how this is even possible. I would think that having it wired would work no problem. Any ideas????? I dont know what to do. Microsoft and Comcast both say everything is fine on their end. I have not had a chance to talk to Netgear yet though cause I am at work right now. Just reaching out in case someone had the same problem and fixed it.
Thanks

Hello SlayerX2000
Are you experiencing this on any other online game? Have you tried to do a factory reset of the modem and re setup the port forwarding for the xbox?

- txchukoGuideLook for an optiom called "nat filtering" and disable it if all else fails, it might be under the "wan" setup options, that and keeping ur xbox on dmz (no need to forward ports with it" might fix ur issue
- txchukoGuidePs i was able to have open nat on 2 ps4s and the disabling nat filter solved this, idk what risks could be had, some people described it as having a more relaxed firewall, but it did the trick for me
Also assigning the static dmzd ip to console
