Can anyone help me with my new CM 2000 nighthawk modem
Hello I just bought a CM 2000 Nighthawk Modem only not a combo. And When I got everything set up It was running perfect for my Speeds I pay for 500 down and 20 up and i was getting to about 485 down ...

Or you can click on "choose file" when your reply and add them one at a time.
I'd also make sure to include the cable connections page with the logs.

okay I just got off the phone with netgear and the agent said that my downstream channels are good but my upstream channels are using a lot more power than they should. She told me that the power levels should be around 35 dBmV to 40 dBmV. Here are mine for my upstream.
She said it was either my coax line or something my isp can push through to see if it fixes it. So I called my ISP and I have a tech coming out tomorrow to check the coax line.

The 57 is high. the rest are technically within spec. Its tough to know without all the data because if you're downstream power levels are low, it means that you're futher from the hub. That causes the upstream to need to be higher to send a signal back to the hub.
the only time i see people with their upstream at 35 is if they're right next to the hub.
do you have a full screen snip of both the upstream/downstream and the correctables/uncorrectables?
As well as your logs?
that's a better way to check. you can add them one at a time to be viewed
