Can CG3000Dv2 can be used as router ? Also can it be used in India being a US base router

I have travelled to India. Can CG3000Dv2 can be used as router ? Also can it be used in India being a US base router.

    It may be possible to be used in India it just all depends if the ISP in India uses the same protocols as ISPs in the states. You would just have to check with the ISP what modems they support.
