Just to be clear, the following won't work:
Starting IP address: 192.168.0.x
Ending IP address: 192.168.100.y
What will work is the following:
Starting IP address: 192.168.100.x
Ending IP address: 192.168.100.y
Once you apply this change, your devices will need to obtain IP addresses in the new range. For devices that use DHCP to get their IP addresses automatically, rebooting them will work. For devices that are manually configured with a static IP address, it will be necessary to manually change their address to fit in the new subnet.
