No. PPPoE is mostly used on DSL modems. Cable modem gateways use DHCP or Dynamic DHCP.

Why? What is the actual problem which you are trying to solve? With
no WAN/Internet Ethernet port, what could you do with PPPoE (if it were
possible)?

  I moved from US to India for two years and here in India in my apartment the internet company is using pppoe.

    Get with your ISP in India and ask them what modems are supported on there network first.
