can i pull the real time data from my cm1000 on the cable channels?

Does anyone know if there is a way to pull the data from a cm1000 continuously?  I want to add a dashboard in kibana (ELK) that shows the health of my cable modem at any given time.  I could write a scraper for it but that would lose a lot of information.  Are there apis?
