No. The CM1150v is a cable modem which connects only to a cable ISP coax service line. YOu can connect a Orbi Wifi router mesh system to the CM1150v for internet service throughout the home.

Guru, Thanks for quick response I guess I wasnt't very clear. I have and will have Xfinity as primary on cm1150v and want to get cellular failover backup so my ring doorbells camera security and amazon keep working when my modem needs reset due to very marginal cable and numbers that are at end of or over range. It usually takes over 15 minutes total to reset cm11t0v and orbi during that time no routines light/fan control old doorbell ringer still goes off but you cant see who is there and no other ring cameras work. It would be cool if it could do load balancing (90 10) Xfinity is about 10 times faster but cellular data more expensive or kick in if Xfinity is slow (below 40 about to loose connection usually over 180) or very high usage often seems to fail here also.

Still not possible.
You shouldn't be having to reset the modem or Orbi very often. If you are then there is a different problem that needs to be figured out.

Hi is it because the cm1150v is just a modem and not a router that the failover backup features built in to the cellular modems mentioned wouldn't work? Could it work if I put orbi into ap mode and dropped a wired router or l3 switch between orbi and cm1150v. We are so far out on cable that my upstream is way high and the 1150v and it is designed to go high bt at some point it reboots.

Yes, the CM modem is just a modem. It requires the use of a external router for your wired and wireless devices to get connected to the ISP services and internet services. Such as the RBR50 would work after the CM modem. However the CM modem connects to a COAX cable ISP service. It won't connect to any other form. The RBR50 may connect to the LB or MR if they support a LAN ethernet connetion to the RBR50.
