Can no longer access my router through Netgear Genie app

3 days ago I lost the ability to access my router through the Netgear Genie app. I've tried an Android and iPhone. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my router.

  • I saw that they are no longer updating the app and suggested using the Nighthawk app.

      I've tried that, too.  It can't find my router.  It wouldn't connect and said to try setting up a new device.  I tried that and it says "Routern Not Found".
