Can not access router login

As the title states I can not access my router login page. I have factory reset it numerous times & when it restarts it prompts me to change the password and security questions; that is it. Nothing happens after that.

Things i've tried:

-Tried logging in with multiple devices (PC & mobile)

-Swapped ethernet cables

-Tried ethernet & wifi

-Factory reset

-Power off & on

-Disable antivirus (Avast)

-Used ip in ipconfig

-Tried routerlogin.net, routerlogin.com, 192.168.0.1(Gateway), 192.168.1.1, etc

-Tried pinging the modem as well (no packet loss or anything)
