Can not adjust for daylight savings time on C6300
I have a C6300 – AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router (Firmware Version
V3.01.12) - appears to be most currrent version as of 5/20/2020.
I have been trying to set a Schedule and Block Serviecs under the Security tab in the router's Genie interface. In the Owner's manual it shows the ablilty to set for daylight savings time, but the Genie interface does not provide the option. I have tried to cheat the time by one hour but the schedule either will not run, or the Block Services just blocks all traffic ... it's all or nothing.
Is there a fix for the non-existent Time Zone/Daylight Savings Time setting?
I have found some discussion about NTP (and I am no networking guru), and Netgear article Article ID: 000061048 but nothing to fix the problem.

First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the back log in the system. Regarding your concern, the time is updated by the ISP and cannot be changed manually. The issue is the system does not use daylight savings so they do not have issues when they look at logs on their system.
