Can you provide what model your modem is. Also when you factory reset the device by holding the reset button down for 10 seconds the default login should be admin/password.

Thanks DarrenM for your response! Here is the info no the Modem! It is a Motorola, SURFboard, Model # SB5101.
WiFi was working fine till I Reset the Router.
I am aware that the user name is now “admin” and the password is “password”.
My problem is that I can not remember how to tell my computer of this change and get the two of them to talk to each other! Tried to follow the manual but could not understand the Tec. Lingo. :(

You may need to factory reset the Netgear router and then set up the wireless again. To factory reset you hold the reset button for 10 seconds. Then you can follow this guide on setup agian
