Can the Netgear C7000v2 modem/router house multiple gateways?

Hello,

 

I have a Netgear c7000v2 modem/router acting as the primary gateway for my devices. The internet connection comes in via coax from my ISP to the c7000v2, then a LAN connection to a managed Aruba InstantOn switch. The switch is getting an IP address from the Netgear. The InstantOn does not have the capability to house gateways for the VLANs I want to create. Is there a way to setup multiple VLAN gateways on the Netgear c7000v2 and then setup different VLANs on the Aruba InstantOn ports?
