Cannot access admin page and other headaches

Since their firmware update, I have connectivity issues, WiFi Issues, and I cannot even access the settings (admin) page anymore. Can't tell you the firmware because I cannot acess the page. OS is Windows 7 x64

    Have you tried to use 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 to access the genie interface?
