Cannot Access Admin Page
On my wireless network, I can login to the router admin, but none of the dashboards actually show up. I get the basic and advanced menus. I can click on them, but in the main frame I get "500 - internal server error" on all menu items. This has been happening for awhile now.

- Sclewis2AspirantI should mention I've done a reset on the router, and I get the same issue logging in from laptop or mobile. And the genie app can't even login.

Try to factory reset the unit and not plug it into your coax connection and connect to the settings and see if they show up and if they do try to plug the coax in and see if the modem talking to the ISP causes the issue again.
