Cannot access my CG4500BD router

Hi, 

 

I am not able to access my router from either LAN/WAN without cycling the power.  Once cycled I can access it for one or two days then I have to cycle it again.  If anyone has some suggestions I would appreciate any assistance to fix this problem.  Thank you.

    Have you tried to do a factory rest of the modem yet?

      Thank you for the reply.  I did try restoring the defaults and no change.  I am going to try a new router. Thanks again for the suggestion.
