Cannot connect to internet. CM600
In trying to connect new CM600 I got 2 yellow "lightning bolt" lights. Should all 5 be green instead? Spent 45 minutes w. ISP technician ( Windstream) who registered my new modem but never got any...

Sounds like a provisioning issue. Have them verify the MAC address you gave them for the new CM is correct.
Might want to have them reprovision the line since this may be a provisioning issue.
The amber lights you see are one d/l channel locked for both up and down stream. See chart.
