Cannot connect Wirless printer to web services.

I have a C7000v2 Cablemodem Router. I am attempting to connect my HP 7620 wireless printer to the cloud print service. For some reason, it will not connect to the cloud service. It used to work when I was using an old Comcast cable modem. Now it just will not connect. Is there something I am doing wrong. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    You need to check the wireless printer settings. Need to reconfigure the printer to recognize the new cable modem/router. 

     

    If the printer network connection drops or you get a new router, use the Wireless Setup Wizard to reconnect it.
    1. From the Wireless menu on the printer, touch Settings.
    2. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
