Cannot connect with Netgear techincal support?

Question

Hardware ver: 2.02Firmware&nbsp; V2.01.02When I try to register my Nighthawk CM1100 my serial number comes up INVALID.1 How can that be ... it is printed on the bottom of the unit.2 How can I get my questions answered?I see that some of you have the same problem as me ... a way to monitor band width usage. My login to "Netgear Genie" has very few options and nothing close to a "Traffic Meter". So I tried the "Nighthawk" App on my phone ... my model has no WiFi so the app cannot find it ... yet ... my phone can and does connect to it.&nbsp;&nbsp;This type of problem solving use to be fun, when I was younger ... now it's just a pain.

Sorry ... no link to moderstor on my screen. The only thing that seems to identfy someone else in this conversation is the name "Aspirant" beside my ID. But it is not a link ... plain test.
