cannot get my N600 WiFi Cable Model Router to work
I have just started installation and cannot get the Online LED to light solid green. It say wait 10 minutes but i have waited hours and nothing. Do I have a defective modem ?

Did you activate it with your ISP?

I am not a techy ...so i don't know what ISP stands for...
at first i was told i had to have ATT get it going but after they did i found out what i thought was the unit working was i was only getting my wireless wifi working not Netgear unit..
then i was told I need a Coax cable but when i bought it at Best Buy i was told i did not...so next step is to get one and try that...

ISP = Internet Service Provider.
Review all user manuals and quick installation guides for installation of modems.

Your service provider is ATT? I didn't know that att had cable modem service. If you've got att, you'll need to check with them on a compatible modem/router.
