cannot log into Outlook Web Access, no one can resolve this?

I cannot access OWA using any of my devices at home using this C6900 NetGear purchased from Costco. But if I use LTE and I can login. Can anyone help? I have called Comcast and they told me it was NetGear's problem. Thanks~!

    Does the page not load or does it give some type of error?
