Cannot login to 192.168.0.1

Model  C7V100V

I entered 192.168.0.1 in the browser

Then I entered the router serial number

Then I was asked for ID and Entered Admin

Then entered password

Then was asked 2 question.  Apparently I gave the wrong answers.

How can I gain access to the information so I can make adjustments to the router?

    I presume you mean the C7100v? 

     

    Does 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1 work?

      192.168.0.1 Works  and after I enter serial number and ID and password (they are correct) I gI have to answer 2 questions.  After entering the answers I get a wrong message.  Apparently I have forgotten my original answers.  What do I do now in order to access the Admin panel?

        Factory reset and setup from scratch. Walk thru the setup wizard. Be sure to write down all important information for safe keeping.
