Cannot login to CG4500BD router page
I' am trying to change the security key on my router again. Whenever I get the login pop-up I enter admin/password, it fails. It's possible I've changed that login in the past, I don't recall. I went ahead and reset the router as instructed, still no change. I tried to release the current login through the computer's command (cmd) function, did not work. What else can I do? Thanks.

Make sure you are holding down the factory reset button in the back for at least 10 seconds that will be the only way to default the modem back to the admin password login.
