cannot login to routerlogin.net

I cannot login to routerlogin.net. I cannot remember username or password. I have treid every password I can remember. I only have my wifi password and serial number for my modem. There is no way to reset password or even get them to send me an email and I cannot call support because free support expired and now I have to pay!?

I tried going to routerlogin.net and hitting cancel (I read that online somewhere) but no password recovery window popped up. I really need to get in and figure out why my tablet won't connect to my internet. Please help!!

    You can factory reset it to get back to defaults. 

    Simply push and hold reste for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. 

    That'll get you back to the defaults. 

    default login: admin

    default password: password

     

    then just reinstall it by following the guide
