Cannot register new product due to already being registered

I tried to regiester the modem/router I bought new under my account but I got the message that as follow

 

"This serial number is already registered to another customer. Please email NETGEAR support Customer.service@netgear.com for help."

 

I sent email to Customer service and no reponds. I do not have another account with another email so I don't know what the issue is

    is this A7000 or C7000? 

     

    for A7000, Please post in different forum.

      It is C7000, I called support she told me they had my email address entered incorrectly, can you message me and I will verify with you? It's still not on my account
