Can't access 192.168.100.1
Hello. I just got a new modem CM1100 and I can't seem to access 192.168.100.1 on my pc. I can access it perfectly fine on my cellphone though. Default gateway seems to point to my router 192.168.1.1...
the router is a netgear R7000P. I can connect directly but I still won't be able to access 192.168.100.1. I have already tried unpluging, disconnecting the coax, connecting directly to my pc, and then plugging back in with the coax disconnected. That doesn't allow me in 192.168.100.1 either.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.
