cant access router log in

I used to be able to go to routerlogin.net and be able to login and then pick which devices had access to the wifi, i cant seem to access this website anymore as the link takes me to a page that says 

You may not be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.com, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again.

but i definitely am connected to that network. the nighthawk  app is not compatible with this model, already tried. and it doesnt seem to work on my phone either

any one else experience this and have a solution?
