Cant access tabs using laptop

HI,

 

Ealrlier i was able to login to my router using my laptop. But suddenly since 2 months though i am able to login to my Router but i am unable to access tabs that is on left side.When i try accessing tab it shows weired screen .I tried using another laptop and its same problem , also i tried another browser still no luck.

 

I can access Router and make changes using my android phones , Ipad , Iphone but not on laptop.

 

I reset router to factory default twice but no luck. Can somebosy help me out whats the exact problem here .

    Hello NehaiModi 

     

    Do you have some type of anti virus on your pc that could be blocking these settings since you said you can access them on your phone.

      It was working fine with Antivirus as well. But i tried disabling it but still problem is the same .......Even i tried login in using another laptop but still problem is the same.

       

      Any suggestion would appreciate .
