Can't access the Router Login page (again)

I am trying to check my internet settings on my N Modem so I went to the router login. net page and it prompted me to answer my security questions. I just set these last week and know the answers but it kept saying that the answers didn't match. I don't want to hard reset the modem because I had someone change my settings and I wouldn't know how to change them back if they were reset. Thanks.
