can't connect on windows laptop after factory reset
I did the factory reset option because I couldn't remember the wifi password and my mother-in-law needed to get on with her device. Wish I hadn't done that because it took me a lot of time to get it ...

If you renamed your wireless back to the same name as you had it before you may need to go into the wireless settings on the laptops and tell them to forget the network and reconnect or you may need to change the SSID and security type on the router to see if then they can connect to the router.
