Can't connect to internet on older PC with DOCSIS 3.1 CM1000 modem
One of our PCs is older and doesn't have Wifi capability. We have it plugged in directly via Ethernet cable. The problem is that it won't connect to the internet because it needs to update the driver...
Go into the Device Manager and look at the model of your network adapter. Google that model number and you should be able to find the driver.
I had the same problem with two of my computers and ended up having to upgrade the network adapters.
