Can't Connect to Readynas RND2000 with Windows10 1903

I have a ReadyNas that is very old but has been working fine until a few weeks ago. I have not had it turned on for some time. It boots up normally. I am now unable to access any shares with RAIDAR 6.5.0. I get an error that says "Your NETGEAR storage is not accessable from this computer. Check your network settings."  I have been using RAIDAR 4.3.5 but that does not detect the NAS at all. Also I do not see it at a network file in file exporer. I am running Windows10 1903 build 18362.418. I have enabled SMB 1.0 CIFS File Sharing Support, SMB 1.0/CIFS Automatic Removal, SMB 1.0 CIFS Client and SMB 1.0/CIFS Sever. This has not helped. I cannot access it at all via IP address 192.168.168.168. RAIDAR shows all green that it's working properly. I have the NAS connected directly to my compter and not thru a router. Is there anything else I can do??
