Can't connect to Verizon with cable/modem C6300
I've called Verizon three times and they keep claiming it's the Netgear and to call them and ask for help but obviously the modem isn't the problem. It connects just fine it just won't let me connect to my existing Internet. They keep trying to send me one of their crappy modems instead of registering my MAC address. Has anyone else had this problem and how'd you solve it?

- LyssielouAspirantIt'll say connected to the modem/router but not to the Internet. While I'm at the netgear setup page, for the box that has Internet it'll have a red x. They are really adamant about not wanting to activate/register the new router. But I fixed the problem
