Can't Find My 5G Network
my c7000 nighthawk AC1900 cable modem router cannot get the 5G netwoek fron spectrum brighthouse that has been sending since october, technician was hear and thinks my ac1900 won't except it, it's only a year old and can't believe it isn't compatible. he was here for over 45 minutes and couldn't get it to connect, tried reseting and checked everything ho could on his end. put in a brighthouse modem/router combo and worked fine. any sugg.

Did you try to rename the network or remove the password to see if you can get the network to show up?

i think you misunderstood me. spectrum brighthouse went to 5G network and my modem/router that i brought here from new york won't recieve it. tech man from brighthouse couldn't get it to accept 5G either. he thinks modem wont do it. i want to know if the modem/router i have should recieve 5G
